Im Kristoffer Holm. A Scandinavian freelancing chef, foodie and traveler with vast experience in cooking and provisioning on Superyachts.

This website is my portfolio and also the home for my notes where I focus on honest, regional cuisine and the story that comes with it.

Earlier in my life I was asked if I could cook. Without any hesitation, I said yes.15 years later I have discovered many platforms and learnt a lot from colleagues, heroes and friends. From Superyachts to street food to fine dining. Most of my inspiration today comes from my travels. I cook and eat wherever I go, always indulging in local flavors, textures, colors and traditions.
